What a Physics Genius might Think

75 x 75 x 14 cm | Aluminium, Cotton & ink | 2020 | Edition of 33

This artwork draws upon the groundbreaking theory of relativity, proposed by Albert Einstein, which suggests that time and space are not absolute but relative to each observer's frame of reference, I find it hard to express my feelings, spiritual machinations and dreams around Einstein’s theories - here I explore its subtleties and implications in the way I best know how to communicate.

I have spent my life pondering of the vastness that Einstein brought to the world.  His mind continues to inspire me.  This artwork explores Einstein's ideas in a metaphorical sense, while giving honour to the mathematical and deeply physical elegance of his creativity.
